And whether you realize it or not, something a family member may have said to you at a young age, or if you were made fun of, called fat, whatever the case may be, these thoughts can be buried deep within your subconscious mind and unless you make a CONSCIOUS Effort to REPLACE these negative beliefs from subconscious, transformation and personal growth are virtually impossible.

It MUST Be done at a subconscious Level.

And “Chanting” or Wishing is not enough as that is futile since it is only done at a conscious level. You must go deeper.

These imprints in the mind can be affecting every part of your life, including your relationships, business, finances, etc.

For example, if you constantly tell yourself you are fat, it will be extremely hard to lose weight, because all your subconscious mind “hears” is that you are fat. So you will, by autopilot, continue to take the actions to prove to yourself that you are Fat, and that you shall remain.

Unless  you replace these limiting beliefs from your programming, the cycle of struggle will continue.  I know this from personal experience. Until I made a Decision to change, and to completely transform myself from the inside out, I continued to meet with Struggle.
